Role Description

The Intern Talent Acquisition - Mandarin Speaker role is a full-time, on-site position based in UOA Business Park. The intern will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening potential candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. This role is vital in enhancing employer branding initiatives and building a network for talent acquisition. The intern will also work with the talent acquisition team to develop and implement recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes, including sourcing and candidate engagement
  • Proficiency in Interviewing and assessing candidates
  • Understanding of Employer Branding strategies and their application in a recruitment context
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
