Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern (Mandarin Speaker) to support our recruitment team in sourcing and hiring top talent for various business functions. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, employer branding, and recruitment operations.

The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, enjoys communicating with people, and is fluent in Mandarin and English to support Mandarin-speaking candidates and stakeholder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Communicate with Mandarin-speaking candidates regarding job opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
  • Update recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
  • Post job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and university engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
  1. Human Resource Management
  2. Business Administration
  3. Psychology
  4. Management
  5. or any related discipline
  • Able to commit to at least 3 months internship.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Interest in recruitment and human resources
