Overview
We're looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team and support our
recruitment efforts. This is a great opportunity to learn the end-to-end hiring process and gain
hands-on experience in sourcing and engaging top talent.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Update and manage the Talent Acquisition database, including HRDF-related
administrative tasks.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
