Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist with posting job advertisements on hiring platforms
  • Upload candidate profiles to internal system
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring records
  • Support onboarding documentation and administrative tasks when assigned
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks when assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Able to handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Detail-oriented and willing to learn
  • Good interpersonal skills
