Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead to oversee recruitment across Southeast Asia. This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end hiring strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong partnerships with business leaders to attract top talent. The TA Lead will manage a team of recruiters, optimize processes, and deliver a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals for SEA.
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for all SEA countries, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Drive process consistency, compliance, and data integrity across systems (Workday, Avature).
  • Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve performance targets.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing market insights and talent solutions.
  • Manage agency relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and quality.
  • Employer Branding
  • Champion employer branding initiatives and campus engagement programs to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Metrics & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity metrics.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing regional recruitment across multiple countries.
  • Strong knowledge of SEA talent markets and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment systems (Workday, Avature) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
