Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead to oversee recruitment across Southeast Asia. This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end hiring strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong partnerships with business leaders to attract top talent. The TA Lead will manage a team of recruiters, optimize processes, and deliver a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals for SEA.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for all SEA countries, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Drive process consistency, compliance, and data integrity across systems (Workday, Avature).
- Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve performance targets.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing market insights and talent solutions.
- Manage agency relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and quality.
- Employer Branding
- Champion employer branding initiatives and campus engagement programs to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Metrics & Reporting
- Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity metrics.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing regional recruitment across multiple countries.
- Strong knowledge of SEA talent markets and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment systems (Workday, Avature) and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
