Purpose of the Role:

The TA Lead will ensure the continuity of business by selecting the rightly fit individuals to support the growth of the company. Hiring of talents based on the need of the business and ensuring support to all business units in manpower planning and budgeting.

What You'll Do:

  • Recruitment of talents that are of a good fit for all business units throughout Zuellig Pharma
  • Partners with other units in HR Department to ensure business equity is maintained throughout the business
  • Partnering with C & B for headcount management and budgeting while crafting job offers needed to attract the right candidates
  • Work with HRBPS in identifying manpower needs of the business with communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Development of SOP that is aligned to the business
  • Work with the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team in rolling out consistent and effective TA processes, tools and systems
  • Work with various recruitment sources and partners
  • Advise Market leadership on investments to enhance talent pipeline for various roles and teams

What will make you successful:

Must-Have:

  • Minimum 5 - 8 + years of progressive experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, preferably within a large multinational corporation or a dynamic, complex industry.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and managing hiring for the Malaysia market is non-negotiable. Experience with the Brunei market is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to strategically direct source for niche and senior roles across multiple functions (e.g., not solely relying on agencies).
  • Deep familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to effectively consult with and influence senior stakeholders.

Advantage to Have:

  • Experience recruiting within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or FMCG industries.
  • Certification or training in specialized interviewing techniques (e.g., behavioral interviewing, competency-based assessment).
  • Experience in leading or contributing to wider regional or global TA projects (e.g., implementation of new TA technologies, developing standardized assessment tools).
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
