About the job

Our client is one of Singapore's leading integrated technology companies, with operations spanning Singapore and Malaysia. As they deepen their commitment to building internal capability and reducing third-party dependency, they are investing in a talent acquisition function that can truly deliver - and they need a strong, operationally-minded recruiter to make that happen.

The Role

This is an individual contributor role sitting within Group HR, with end-to-end ownership of recruitment across several business functions in both Singapore and Malaysia. You'll work directly with hiring managers and the broader HR team, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while keeping the candidate experience and compliance bar consistently high.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Singapore and Malaysia
  • Scope roles with hiring managers, advise on market availability, and develop tailored sourcing strategies
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for both functional capability and cultural alignment
  • Manage interview logistics, stakeholder alignment, and offer negotiations through to close

2. Stakeholder & Process Management

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on hiring priorities and timelines
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and requisition status within the ATS
  • Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with employment legislation across both markets

3. Employer Branding

  • Support employer branding initiatives in Singapore and Malaysia where required
  • Contribute to a positive, consistent candidate experience that reflects well on the organisation

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4–8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, either in-house or from an agency background
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable advising and influencing senior hiring managers
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
  • Working knowledge of employment practices in both Singapore and Malaysia
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume requisition loads without compromising quality
  • Strong candidates making the move from agency to in-house are encouraged to apply
