Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee and execute full lifecycle recruiting activities, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. Key responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, developing employer branding strategies to attract candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Subang Jaya, offering opportunities to work in a dynamic and strategic environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
  • Strong skills in Hiring, Interviewing, and cultivating relationships with potential candidates
  • Experience in Employer Branding and developing strategies to strengthen the company's reputation as a preferred employer
  • Proficiency in Recruiting tools and techniques to identify and engage top talent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Experience in technology-driven or international organizations is an advantage
