The Manager, Talent Acquisition will support end-to-end recruitment activities with a primary focus on campus hiring, early talent pipeline development, employer branding events, and sourcing support for operations hirings across the SEA region. This role plays a key part in building sustainable talent pipelines while ensuring timely recruitment delivery to meet business needs.
What You'll Be Doing -
Campus Hiring & Early Talent Pipeline
- Develop and manage campus hiring strategies for interns and fresh graduates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centres, and student bodies.
- Coordinate internship programmes, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, and conversion to full-time roles.
- Maintain a ready pipeline of early-career talent aligned with future workforce needs.
Event Engagement & Employer Branding
- Act as the main PIC for career fairs, campus events, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute monthly university outreach and engagement activities.
- Represent the company at recruitment events to strengthen employer brand visibility.
- Track event effectiveness and provide post-event hiring insights.
SEA Operations Recruitment Support
- Support sourcing activities for operations roles across Southeast Asia.
- Conduct proactive sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent mapping.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Support TA reporting, pipeline tracking, and recruitment analytics.
Stakeholder & Process Management
- Work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and regional TA teams.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal standards and timelines.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Campus Hiring.
- Proven experience in campus hiring, university engagement, or early-career recruitment is an advantage.
- Exposure to regional or multi-country hiring within SEA is preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills for Operations roles using multiple recruitment channels.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and event management capabilities.
