• Role Description:

As a Talent Acquisition, you will implement strategies to attract top talent, ensure a seamless candidate experience, collaborate with hiring managers, and enhance the employer branding efforts to attracting top talent to join the company.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

• Strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
