About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Executive to support our Singapore recruitment operations based in our Malaysia office. This role is responsible for candidate screening, interview coordination, recruitment administration.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition operations to ensure an efficient hiring process.

· Coordinate candidate documentation, interview scheduling, and pre-onboarding activities.

· Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and recruitment-related documentation.

· Maintain accurate HR system records and manage candidate buyout processes.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to improve TA processes and support recruitment projects.

· Assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects and hiring initiatives as assigned.

What We're Looking For

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruitment Coordination, or HR Operations.

· Experience in recruitment administration, candidate documentation, interview coordination, and HR systems.

· Strong English and Mandarin communication skills with excellent organizational abilities.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership.
