Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

To provide day-to-day resourcing support in order to meet the resourcing needs of the business.
To ensure proper follow-up with all the outstanding issues
To ensure compliance to customer requirement and other relevant authorities
To contribute to recruitment and retention initiatives
Assist in the implementation of manpower and recruitment programs
To partner with talent focal person to see how to best fit a vacancy with internal pool of existing talents

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in End to End Recruitment
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics & Supply Chain
Experience from Headhunting is an added advantage
Proficiency in Professional English is a Must
Proficiency in Professional Mandarin is an added advantage
