About The Role - Talent Acquisition Partner (Graduate Program)

Job Description

• Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure timely hiring delivery.
• Conduct talent mapping and build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support recruitment channels including campus recruitment, job platforms, referrals, and agencies.
• Maintain recruitment data and provide insights on hiring progress and channel effectiveness.
• Support recruitment process improvement, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, or related fields is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant HR, Talent Acquisition, recruitment agency, or campus recruitment internship experience is preferred.
• Basic Excel/data analysis skills; familiarity with ATS systems such as Workday is a plus.
• Fluent English and Mandarin-language proficiency.
• Strong communication, learning agility, ownership, and interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition.
