This is not a typical HR position.
You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting high-performance talent locally and internationally with a direct impact on business results.
What you'll be accountable for
- Finding and attracting high-quality, driven candidates
- Using proactive and creative sourcing (not relying on job ads)
- Supporting international hiring initiatives (Europe, Middle East, North Africa, etc.)
- Assessing candidates based on drive, presence, and communication not just CVs
- Building strong talent pipelines for future expansion
- Maintaining a high hiring bar quality over quantity
This role is for you if:
- You have 56 years experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar field
- You are driven, competitive, and results-oriented
- You are resourceful and know how to find people others can't
- You are comfortable being measured on outcomes, not activity
- You have strong communication skills and confidence dealing with different profiles
- You are not satisfied with average in yourself or others
This role is NOT for you if:
- You prefer structured, process-heavy HR environments
- You rely mainly on job postings to find candidates
- You are uncomfortable with accountability and performance expectations
