ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) to support our client project within the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, stakeholder coordination, and hiring delivery for multiple technical and operational positions across the project environment.
Preference will be given to candidates who are able to communicate effectively in Mandarin/Chinese due to stakeholder and business communication requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
• Support hiring demands for manufacturing and industrial project-based roles across multiple functions
• Partner closely with hiring managers, project stakeholders, and recruitment teams to ensure timely hiring delivery
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing methods
• Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with hiring timelines, workforce planning, and operational requirements
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruitment reporting activities
• Track recruitment progress, pipeline status, and hiring metrics while maintaining accurate documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external candidates
• Support recruitment operations within SLA-driven and fast-paced project environments
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing operations
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technical project environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience supporting multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with recruitment systems, sourcing platforms, and interview coordination processes
• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment priorities effectively
• Mandarin/Chinese language capability is preferred to support business communication requirements
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience supporting technical, engineering, or operational hiring projects
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and recruitment delivery timelines
• Experience working with multinational clients or enterprise project environments
