Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various roles within our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for technical roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking, job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each technical position.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to job offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve the hiring process and strategy.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Salary budget up to RM 7000
