Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Transcosmos Malaysia, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage various aspects of the recruitment process, including full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for the organization. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, maintaining communication with candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure alignment with staffing needs.

  • Lead the recruitment process for Corporate departments by conducting interviews
  • and making hiring recommendations to management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job
  • descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and
  • employee referrals, to identify and attract candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and
  • communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing
  • strategies and recruitment processes.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activity and outcomes to superiors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Identify opportunities for improving the recruitment process and candidate
  • experience.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

  • Experience and proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Proven ability in Recruiting strategies and techniques
  • Strong Communication and Interviewing skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience within the customer service or BPO industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
