Job Summary
We are seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist (1-year contract) to join our Southeast Asia Human Resources team. In this role, you will support recruitment activities across Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Australia.
This position is ideal for a recruiter with strong talent search capabilities who enjoys identifying passive candidates, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver quality talent. Candidates with recruitment agency or executive search experience and exposure to engineering recruitment are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across Southeast Asia, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct talent mapping and proactively build pipelines for engineering, technical, and commercial positions.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and assess candidates against business requirements.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and recommend sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate interview processes and collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and regional talent acquisition projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Previous experience in a recruitment agency or executive search firm is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting engineering, manufacturing, automation, industrial, electronics, or other technical positions. Past experience in mid- to senior level sourcing is highly advantageous too.
- Strong sourcing capability with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other talent search techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Mandarin speaking abilities is highly advantageous (not a must).
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Able to manage multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced regional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting regional or multinational recruitment.
- Knowledge of Southeast Asia talent markets.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms.
- Passion for talent search, market mapping, and engaging passive candidates.
