Job role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (12 months contract, convertible to permanent)

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage endtoend recruitment delivery for the regional Asia team. This role is handson and deliveryfocused, covering sourcing, candidate management, and close partnership with hiring managers and HR Partners. The role is ideal for someone who is proactive, independent, and comfortable working across multiple cultures, markets, and functions.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. EndtoEnd Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interview coordination through offer management and onboarding
  • Own assigned requisitions and ensure hiring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes using a range of sourcing tools, platforms, and strategies
  • Adapt sourcing approaches to meet hiring needs across different countries and regional markets

2. Sourcing & Talent Pipelines

  • Identify multiple sourcing channels including databases, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks, and events to source and engage with candidates
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates, particularly for critical and hardtofill roles
  • Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs
  • Conduct market research to support sourcing strategies and talent planning

3. Stakeholder & Business Partnership

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners in a collaborative, matrixed environment to align recruitment activities with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with regional stakeholders across various levels and functions.
  • Work with external recruitment agencies or vendors where required to support hiring delivery.
  • Provide hiring managers with market insights, including candidate availability and sourcing trends.

4. Candidate Experience

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Guide candidates through each stage of the process, from initial engagement to onboarding.
  • Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely followups.

5. Reporting & Recruitment Operations

  • Assist in tracking recruitment activities and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
  • Generate basic recruitment reports and key hiring metrics.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders to support decisionmaking and shape recruiting activities.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

  • 2 to 3 years of proven agency or in-house talent acquisition experience
  • Experience in-house regional recruitment recruiting for banking, insurance, broking, financial services, or professional services roles is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Strong handson capability in direct sourcing, including LinkedIn, CV databases, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Creative and resourceful with strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
