- Responsible for supporting recruitment activities for assigned positions and providing support to Prudential Talent Acquisition member(s) on talent insights.
- Support interview scheduling process for communication logistics for both hiring teams and candidates - applicable for determined job levels.
- Informing unsuccessful candidates on the outcome.
- Support on basic phone-screening as and when needed - applicable for determined job levels.
- Support to collate candidates's requested documents prior to interviews, follow up with shortlisted candidates on requested documents before salary offers/proposals.
- Supporting other ad hoc assignments such as internship, market intelligence, recruitment events, supporting other markets recruiting effort, to name a few.
- Responsible to drive the full-cycle recruitment for assigned divisions.
- Foster cross-collaboration and act as talent advisor to the business through talent insights, quality and timely sourcing to deliver Prudential-fit talents
- Support the development of creative sourcing approaches to build quality talent pools.
- Ensure exceptional business and candidates experience at every step.
- Maintain tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics into central tracker.
Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 years in talent acquisition preferably from in-house environment.
- Experience utilizing Workday Applicant Tracking System is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and diverse application of hiring channels.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter, positive-minded and good prioritization skills working in a fast-paced environment.
