Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment across Technical, Corporate & Market positions in Malaysia
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, define talent needs, and translate business goals into effective hiring strategies.
- Source, engage, and attract top talent through multiple channels, including professional networks, social platforms, employee referrals, and targeted campaigns.
- Conduct structured interviews and manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process.
- Leverage data-driven insights to advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with HR peers on campus recruitment engagement activities, visits and partnerships
- Provide ongoing, data-backed insights into recruitment performance through detailed tracking of key metrics, including pipeline conversion rates, sourcing channel efficiency, candidate quality ratios, and hiring velocity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in technology or internet industries.
- Proven experience managing high-volume technical hiring in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills able to partner, influence, and build trust with business leaders.
- Hands-on experience using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and data analytics for recruitment.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysia tech talent market.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
- Agile, resourceful, and results-driven; able to thrive in an evolving and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Chinese) and the ability to deal with both international and HQ based stakeholders
