Position purpose:

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a mission to engage, excite and attract the best talents across functions and seniorities. Reporting to our Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, this role offers you an exciting opportunity to work on roles across the region.

You will be responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes, responsible for developing strong relationships internally and externally to ensure effective sourcing and a robust candidate pipeline. In addition, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment life cycle operations including the job offer process and reporting activities e.g., status and recruitment budgets.

Talent Acquisition Process

  • Custodian of Talent Acquisition policies (e.g., recruitment, referral) with periodic reviews
  • Manage the full recruitment process to deliver timely hiring needs; including job briefing, job posting, interview/assessment approach, offer negotiation and reference checks
  • Advance the talent acquisition process by using innovative recruitment tools and channels

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Partner closely with Regional Talent Business Partners (BP) to understand the Company's strategy and proactively map a strong succession pipeline for business-critical roles.
  • Gain a keen understanding from hiring managers to understand the job specifications to establish effective recruiting strategies for the various roles, focusing foremost on direct sourcing
  • Keep abreast of the recruitment best practices and leverage talent/market insights to provide advice to business stakeholders and BP in the refinement of recruitment strategy and ensure optimal deployment.

Dashboard and Reporting

  • Ensure active and accurate tracking of recruitment activities and performance
  • Analyse and prepare data-driven insights within the recruitment space

Requirements

  • Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Prior experience in FMCG, beauty, lifestyle brands, electronics, premium consumer brands is advantageous
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to navigate complexities and build relationships
  • Great team player with the ability to provide a delightful candidate experience during the hiring process
  • A self-starter able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate an up-to-date working knowledge of relevant best practices, tools, and platforms
