Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, talent pipeline development, and employer branding initiatives. This role ensures Alpro attracts, assesses, and hires quality talent aligned with business needs and long-term workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
A. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
B. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Develop sourcing strategies for retail, clinics, HQ, and subsidiaries.
- Build and maintain talent pools through universities, job portals, and referrals (where applicable).
- Execute recruitment campaigns and career engagement activities.
C. Hiring Manager Partnership
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
- Advise on job requirements, market trends, and hiring strategies.
- Coordinate interview panels and selection processes.
D. Employer Branding & Engagement
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
- Represent Alpro at career fairs, roadshows, and campus talks.
- Promote Alpro's culture, values, and career opportunities.
E. Recruitment Analytics & Improvement
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and pipeline health.
- Prepare recruitment reports and insights for management.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior, including involvement in new events, initiatives, or projects in line with the company's direction.
Role Requirements
Education/Academic Qualification:
- Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
Experience:
- 35 years recruitment experience
Language Skills:
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is advantage
IT Skills:
Microsoft Office Suit
