In this Role, you'll get to
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of talent acquisition process in the responsible area, covering both operational and strategic positions locally and cross-border hires.
* Proven ability to design and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns, efficiently sourcing and hiring large numbers of candidates within tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards and candidate experience
* Understand and provide external market intelligence and collect valuable information through interviews or other channels to provide local talent insight to local HR and the hiring team.
* Leverage internal and external recruitment resources, monitor pipeline data and identify areas of improvement in the recruitment process to improve overall lead-time efficiency.
* Manage successful relationships with stakeholders (candidates, line managers, HRBP, vendors etc.), and ensure a smooth hiring process and create positive interview experience for candidates.
* Strong proficiency in managing recruitment progress updates, measure key metrics, and generate accurate reports for stakeholders.
* Assist in ad-hoc works related to talent acquisition such as employer branding and interview skill training, onboarding management and etc.
What you'll Need to Succeed
* Bachelor's degree or above
* At least 5 years working experience in recruitment, ideally from call centers/BPO/shared centers/e-commerce/Internet industry
* Excellent interview, stakeholder management skill
* Negotiation, problem-solving, research/sourcing skills and interpersonal skills
* Solid experience working in global and matrixed team through ambiguous and complex projects with successful and impact-driven outcomes.
* High adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate through a fast-paced and growing environment
