We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Recruiter with 35 years of experience in both
IT and Non-IT recruitment to join our in-office team in Klang, Selangor. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end recruitment processes and capable of handling diverse hiring needs across technical and non-technical functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles
- Work closely with hiring managers to gather requirements and define role expectations
- Source candidates using various methods including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant departments
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Manage and update records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 35 years of experience in recruitment, with proven exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple openings
