Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Bayan Lepas
Contract: 6 months (possible extension)
Experience: Looking for just 2-5 Year experience candidates
Must-Have Experience
- 2+ years in recruitment coordination / HR operations / scheduling
- Strong experience in interview scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination
- Experience handling candidate communication and interview logistics (virtual & onsite)
- Customer-facing / stakeholder management experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end candidate interview scheduling
- Manage interview logistics, travel, and meeting arrangements
- Keep candidates updated on interview status and next steps
- Collect and manage interview feedback from hiring panels
- Maintain ATS records (iCIMS preferred)
- Process onboarding steps (offer letters, background checks, references)
- Support hiring events (virtual / onsite)
- Prepare reports, audits, and handle TA-related admin/payables
Preferred Skills
- Experience with iCIMS / ATS platforms / LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Process-driven mindset with problem-solving ability
- Can handle confidential / sensitive information professionally
