We are now recruiting a strategic HRBP to oversee regional talent acquisition and end-to-end Singapore HR administration.
Job Summary
This dual-focused role combines Southeast Asia regional recruitment strategy development and full-spectrum Singapore HR & admin system building. You will act as the core HR strategic partner for regional supply chain business, balancing cross-border talent pipeline construction and local workforce compliance & operation management.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEA Regional Recruitment Strategy & System Building
- Design and execute regional talent acquisition strategies aligned with APAC supply chain business targets; develop, integrate and manage multi-country recruitment channels covering Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
- Standardize full-cycle end-to-end recruitment workflows for regional shared talent center, continuously optimize process efficiency and candidate experience.
- Own full recruitment delivery for core logistics roles: supply chain sales, warehouse management, customs specialists, operations supervisors and mid-level management.
- Track talent market trends, salary benchmarks and local labour legislations across Southeast markets; provide actionable talent insights and manpower advice to business leaders.
2. Singapore Local HR & Administration System Establishment
- Build and iterate comprehensive local HR & admin operation framework to support Singapore business growth.
- Oversee daily HR full-cycle operations: attendance management, monthly payroll administration, company-wide performance appraisal, training planning & execution.
- Manage work pass applications, employee relations, grievance handling and internal HR compliance to fully comply with Singapore employment regulations.
- Lead ad-hoc HR transformation projects, policy rollouts and employee engagement initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Education & Tenure: Bachelor's degree or above; minimum 8 years hands-on HR & talent acquisition experience with proven cross-Southeast Asia recruitment track record.
- Industry Background: Solid working experience within international freight, logistics, supply chain or cross-border delivery sectors; deep understanding of supply chain core job competency models.
- Regional Exposure: Direct recruitment project experience covering multiple SEA markets (Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand); familiar with local employment laws and regional hiring practices.
- Language Proficiency: Business fluent English (written & verbal); conversational Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia or Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
