Role Description

This is a contract role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, and interviewing. The role is on-site and based in Shah Alam. The candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure the recruitment process aligns with Daythree&aposs corporate goals and culture.

Qualifications

  • Able to speak in Mandarin will be added advantage
  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
  • Hiring and Interviewing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
