We are looking for a versatile Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is a unique hybrid, perfect for someone who loves the thrill of the headhunt but also possesses the meticulous eye required for HR compliance and administrative excellence. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring our operational engine—from timecard approvals to client billing—runs without a hitch.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Timecard Verification: Audit and verify weekly employee timecards for accuracy against project logs and schedules.
- Client Approval Management: Coordinate with external clients to obtain formal approval for billable hours, overtime, and project-specific expenses.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Facilitate the administrative side of hiring, including background checks, document collection, and system access setup.
- Data Integrity: Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HRIS/ATS, ensuring all compliance documentation is filed correctly.
