Profile
A Successful Talent Acquisition Specialist (Japanese Speaker) Should Have
- Proficiency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken, to liaise effectively with stakeholders and candidates.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- An analytical mindset to assess candidate qualifications and market trends.
