Job Purpose
You will be handling recruitment across all outlets, ensuring the company is fully staffed with highly qualified, service-oriented candidates. You will also provide recruitment insights and coordinate hiring data with HR team for system updates and payroll accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Main Recruitment Operations
- Develop and post attractive job ads across platforms (JobStreet, Indeed, FB Groups, other social media).
- Source candidates proactively (job portals, networking, referrals).
- Conduct screening calls (short interview) and shortlist only qualified candidates.
- Maintain talent pipelines for all positions.
- Collaborate with Outlet Managers
- Work closely with outlet managers to understand staffing needs.
- Provide filtered candidates for interviews to ensure each outlet is well-staffed.
- Recruitment Analytics & Strategy
- Use data to recommend salary offers that are competitive and aligned with budget.
- Monitor headcount accuracy and ensure staffing forecasts match operational needs.
- Provide insights on sourcing channels and candidate quality.
- Recruitment Administration
- Maintain recruitment tracker & pipeline reporting.
- Provide regular updates on vacancies, time-to-fill, candidate quality, etc.
- Provide complete, accurate recruitment details (candidates hired, salary offers, start dates, contract terms) for HR team to update the HRMS / payroll system.
- Ensure data passed to HR team is clean to avoid errors in payroll & HR records.
- Ensure job postings reflect the company culture & values.
- Represent the company professionally during candidate interactions.
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay (Language requirement due to job nature)
2+ years recruitment experience preferred.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Good analytic skills (salary benchmarking, reporting).
Ability to manage high volume hiring with quality.
