From Submarine Cable Installation and Marine Maintenance to Cable Landing Stations, Network Backhaul, and Data Centre Connectivity, we are at the forefront of connecting the world. Our capabilities in Submarine Cable Installation and Marine Maintenance comprises installation and repair of deep and shallow water fibre-optic cable systems, shore end installation, engineering and subsea surveys.

As a key contributor to our ongoing growth and development, you will play a key role in end-to-end HR processes for the overall Group. The role places an emphasis on talent acquisition, management and development.

What you will be doing:

• Work closely with hiring managers on end-to-end recruitment
• Maintain a comprehensive database, analytics and metrics of candidate records
• Provide recruitment statistics and data for monthly and quarterly HR reporting
• Develop a positive and efficient candidate experience from application to onboarding and career development
• Review, propose and implement young talent attraction and engagement plans
• Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market insights
• Ensuring hiring practices are complying with all relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other HR team members on other HR operational matters
• Working on special assignments or projects that are assigned with regard to talent management and development, KPIs, learning and development

What you should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and talent management
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, results driven and able to work under fast paced environment

Salary Range: RM 5000 - RM 7000
