Role Purpose -

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for all hiring in Southeast Asia (SEA). This role goes beyond filling positions, it is about shaping the SEA talent landscape, driving visibility with business leaders, and partnering with HR leaders to deliver both talent acquisition and employee engagement outcomes. The right person will combine operational strength in hiring with strategic execution, delivering superior candidate, and hiring manager experiences while embedding process rigor and innovative sourcing.

Responsibilities We Entrust You With -

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for SEA across functions and levels, ensuring speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Lead campus hiring and early careers programs, establishing strong entry-level talent pipelines.
  • Plan and execute hiring drives, particularly for volume or time-sensitive needs.
  • Activate alternate sourcing channels (referrals, market mapping, networking, social, niche platforms) to strengthen talent supply.
  • Drive effective compensation negotiations that balance candidate expectations with internal parity.
  • Ensure TA process adherence across SEA, leveraging ATS/HRMS tools and global frameworks.
  • Partner on strategic TA projects (diversity, workforce planning, benchmarking) with BU Heads and HR Partners.
  • Provide hiring visibility through dashboards, updates, and insights for SEA leadership.
  • Deliver a superior candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring consistent communication and feedback loops.
  • Build and scale the referral ecosystem in SEA to bring in high-quality, cost-efficient talent.
  • Partner with HR leaders and HR Partners in SEA to drive employee engagement initiatives, acting as an extended arm of HR to strengthen the overall people experience.

What matters in the role -

  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with SEA or multi-country exposure.
  • Strong track record in campus, drives, and alternate sourcing strategies.
  • Prior experience in Sales, Tech, or Business Operations hiring is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with ATS/HRMS systems and comfort with TA analytics
  • Ability to balance speed + quality + stakeholder experience.
  • Curiosity to learn, adopt new tools, and leverage automation.
  • Strong influencing skills, particularly in compensation negotiations.
  • Consultative stakeholder management with BU Heads and HR Partners.
  • High accountability - ability to operate independently as the SEA SPOC.

  • You bring data-driven visibility of SEA hiring to leadership.
  • You successfully drive employee engagement initiatives in SEA in collaboration with HR Partners, strengthening culture and retention.
