As our technology recruitment business continues to expand, we are seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support the delivery of IT talent across Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage qualified technology professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct proactive market mapping and talent research to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Screen and assess candidates against technical, functional, and behavioural requirements.
- Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate experience, competencies, motivations, and overall suitability.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across key technology skillsets including software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, project management, data, and enterprise applications.
- Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Prepare and present shortlisted candidates with clear assessment summaries and recommendations.
- Manage recruitment processes from sourcing through interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Ensure recruitment activities are conducted with speed, accuracy, and a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS systems accurately.
- Monitor hiring market trends, competitor activity, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across Singapore's technology market.
- Support achievement of recruitment delivery targets, placement goals, and service level commitments.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and niche technology positions.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, staffing, or headhunting for IT staffing, managed services, system integration, technology consulting, or outsourcing businesses will be highly preferred.
- Experience recruiting for positions supporting Singapore Government projects, public sector environments, or roles requiring CAT 1 and CAT 2 security clearance will be highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet (Seek), ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools is advantageous.
