We are currently seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team based in China. As part of our growing APAC Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in supporting Luxoft's expansion across the region. Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Client Delivery Managers and Sales teams to understand strategic and tactical hiring needs across China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and other APAC locations.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions ranging from junior to management level, including:
  • Vacancy analysis
  • Talent sourcing
  • Candidate screening
  • Interview coordination
  • Offer management
  • Onboarding
  • Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage stakeholder and hiring manager expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs across the APAC region.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methodologies and recruitment tools to attract top technology talent.
  • Identify the most effective sourcing channels to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Manage all recruitment-related administrative activities.
  • Ensure recruitment targets and hiring timelines are achieved.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and promote Luxoft's presence in the talent market.
  • Prepare and submit recruitment reports in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the global recruitment team to develop candidate attraction strategies.
  • Research new international markets, sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and talent channels.
  • Prepare job briefings and publish job advertisements across job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Partner with the Business-to-Employee (B2E) team to develop innovative candidate attraction initiatives.
  • Represent Luxoft at career fairs, company events, open house sessions, conferences, and other recruitment activities.

Mandatory Skills

  • 5+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably within the Automotive, Digital, Banking, or Capital Markets industries.
  • Strong sourcing experience using both traditional and non-traditional channels, including:
  • Internal databases
  • Professional networks
  • Job boards
  • Social media
  • Google X-Ray Search
  • Online forums
  • Blogs
  • Proven experience recruiting for technologies such as:
  • Java
  • JavaScript / Angular
  • Pega
  • Murex
  • QA
  • Functional Analysts
  • Embedded C/C++
  • .NET / C#
  • Strong technical literacy with proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Internet research
  • Boolean search techniques
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience supporting hiring managers within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate recruitment strategies, priorities, and progress.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
