Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the TA team and Hiring Managers to manage end-to-end recruitment processes within defined business timelines.
• Conduct full recruiting lifecycle for a range of open positions, sourcing talent through job portals, agencies, headhunting, internal referrals, etc.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of candidate records, including active and passive candidates.
• Develop a robust employer brand and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and recruitment activities.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events such as annual dinners, company trips, and team-building activities.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with previous applicants and prospective candidates.
• Ensure smooth onboarding processes for all new hires.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred qualifications include:
• Recruitment experience in either in-house or agency environments, demonstrating skills in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in recruiting for niche skills or sourcing passive candidates/lead generation is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
