Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers across various roles.
  • Leverage diverse recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and social media to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and referrals.
  • Support the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to enhance candidate attraction and retention.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to provide regular updates, align on hiring needs, and incorporate feedback.
  • Ensure candidates have a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain professional and transparent communication with all stakeholders during the hiring journey.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, preferably within engineering recruitment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously.
  • Solid expertise in sourcing methods and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search).
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
