Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports efficient and compliant staffing operations by coordinating recruitment activities, managing HRIS transactions, and maintaining accurate personnel records. This role delivers responsive customer service to applicants and employees, processes key HR documentation, and upholds confidentiality standards. It contributes to organizational effectiveness by managing requisitions, supporting audits and reporting, facilitating newhire processes, and assisting with sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs a wide range of duties relative to the maintenance and processing of personnel records and reports.
- Provides administrative support to the human resources function in the areas of HRIS/compensation/benefits and or staffing/employment.
- Processes various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc.
- Processes staffing reports via our HRIS/ATS.
- Interacts with and supplies information to job applicants, employees, department heads, and public and private agencies.
- Provides clerical and operational support to other human resource staff.
- Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.
- Manages the requisition initiations for all North American UCT sites within the HRIS system.
- Confidential data entry such as entering new hires into ADP HRIS (HRIS subject to change).
- Works on special projects in support of the Staffing organization.
- Trains new employees as required on self-service HR tools.
- Assists with audit and reporting of site staffing programs.
- Maintains employee hardcopy files. Inputs employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database.
- Provides information to employees on matters pertaining to their personal employee information.
- Assists with recruiting such as sourcing resumes, phone screens, and interview scheduling.
