About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. This hybrid role is based in our Kota Damansara office (accessible via MRT) and involves end-to-end recruitment responsibilities across multiple industries and roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates, while working closely with hiring managers to meet the organization's talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and facilitate the offer process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and talent pipelines.
- Provide insights on talent trends and market intelligence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and online sourcing platforms.
- Based in or willing to work from the Kota Damansara office (hybrid working arrangement).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting for corporate, IT, engineering, or technical roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Malaysian labor market.
