About the Job

Involve in Talent Acquisition related activities and provide support in on-boarding talents into the organisation.

  • Assist in execution of recruitment plans with guidance from Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure open positions are successfully filled.
  • Perform and ensure that necessary pre-employment screening and checks are done prior to Talent Acquisition Partners making job offers to the selected candidates.
  • Analyse all information gathered from the screening and assessment process to support Talent Acquisition Partners/ Human Capital Business Partners and hiring managers in decision making on offers of employment.
  • Provide regular updates to Talent Acquisition Partners/ Human Capital Business Partners, hiring managers and candidates on status of recruitment.
  • Represent the company at external career fairs and recruitment forums.
  • Understand the importance of data integrity when capturing information and details of candidates and new joiners.

We are looking for people who

  • Possess at least a Bachelor&aposs Degree of Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Resilient, detail oriented, with strong sense of urgency and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good reasoning ability with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
