Responsibilities- Sources and recruits agents, team leads primarily and head office support team as secondary.
- Uses various channels for recruitment advertisement and sourcing including digital platforms.
- Plan and implement the recruitment strategy in accordance with the company goals.
- Manage stakeholders including the Sales and Marketing Team Leaders.
- On-board new recruits and ensure proper training and attention are provided to achieve retention rates.
Requirements- Currently active in sourcing and recruiting both salaried and commission-paid roles.
- Familiar with the funnel method of filtering applicants, nurturing and selecting the right candidates.
- Having used various digital platforms including FB, IG, XHS, Tik Tok, and SEO/SEM for recruitment ads will be an advantage.
- Has strong communication skills and is able to influence and impact people and stakeholders.
- Keen on learning and continuous improvement self-reflect, what went wrong, and what to improve.
