Working Arrangement & Benefits

• Hybrid: 1 week office / 1 week work from home
• Basic Salary:
• Junior: RM 3,000 RM 4,500
• Senior: RM 4,500 RM 6,500
• Benefits:

Language Requirement

Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu (spoken & written) is required due to the nature of business communication.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring strategies.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and guide junior recruiters.

Junior Talent Acquisition:

• Support recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and reports.
• Collaborate with senior team members and hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring SOPs.

Requirements

Senior TA:

• Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
• Min 2 years experience in recruitment or HR (with at least 1.5 years in the same company).
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay.

Junior TA:

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Trilingual in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu.
