Job Description
Handle full set of talent acquisition / recruitment function;
Assist in orientation and the entire onboarding journey of new employees;
Constantly study and improve effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques;
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees;
Assist in company engagement, training, and culture-building activities;
Assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the human resource department;
Ensure employees understand and comply with HR policies;
Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure people are properly connected;
Maintain and update employees personal information in a personal file and payroll system;
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive;
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues; and
Any other responsibilities assigned from immediate superior and the Company from time to time.
Job Requirements
2-3 years of technical experience in Human Resources / Recruitment.
A human resources practitioner with good interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect people regarding all HR matters.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Attentive listener, understanding, empathetic and personable.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any other related courses.
Computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and HR software programs.
Experience in the payroll system with be an added advantage.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Honest, ethical, and dependable.
Positive and go-getter attitude.
