We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role involves managing the full 360° recruitment cycle, from client acquisition and talent sourcing to successful candidate placement and post-placement relationship management.
You will play a key role in delivering recruitment solutions to clients while building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360° recruitment process, including client sourcing, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through various recruitment channels
- Conduct CV screening, interviews, and candidate assessments
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interview arrangements
- Follow through the recruitment process until candidate onboarding
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Develop and grow talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients
- Support, coach, and guide junior consultants when required
- Contribute to team targets and overall business growth
Requirements:
- Passion for recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales-driven roles
- Experience in full 360° recruitment is highly preferred
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills across multiple platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
