SUMMARY
The Talent Conversion Partner plays a pivotal role in engaging, assessing, and converting high-quality talent into hires. This position focuses on managing the candidate journey from point of interest through to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience. This role works closely with hiring managers, talent strategy partners, and sourcing teams to drive successful outcomes.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the end-to-end candidate management process post-sourcing, including assessments, interviews, stakeholder coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing insights and recommendations during the selection process.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by maintaining timely and clear communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Drive conversion metrics by effectively nurturing candidate interest and proactively addressing objections or blockers.
- Collaborate with the people strategy partners and sourcing teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned talent journey.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and data.
- Track and report on key hiring KPIs, including conversion rates, time-to-offer, and candidate satisfaction.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR business partnering, with strong exposure to stakeholder and candidate engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with an ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, Success Factors, LinkedIn).
- Passion for talent experience, employer branding, and converting top candidates into hires.
