Role Purpose
Own the mid-to-bottom funnel: assess, manage process, and convert candidates from pipeline to hireensuring a smooth, fast, and high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Intake & Calibration: Run kick-off meetings; define success profile, interview plan, and success criteria.
- Screen & Assess: Conduct structured screens; coordinate interviews; align assessment rubrics and decision criteria.
- Stakeholder Management: Coach hiring managers on process, calibration, and decision-making; enable fast feedback loops.
- Candidate Experience: Provide timely updates, prep candidates, and close with compelling, transparent offers.
- Offers & Close: Partner with HR/Comp to construct offers; manage negotiations and pre-boarding.
- Process Excellence: Maintain ATS hygiene; ensure compliance; contribute to interview training & bar-raising.
- Pipeline Conversion: Partner closely with Sourcing to prioritize and convert warm leads efficiently.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years end-to-end recruitment; strong stakeholder management and closing skills.
- Skilled in structured interviewing, bias mitigation, and offer negotiations.
- ATS expertise; familiarity with pre-employment checks and local labor regulations (e.g., PDPA).
