Role Overview
The Talent Development Consultant plays a critical role within AZEO Solutions, bridging diagnostics, consulting, and commercial outcomes.
This role is not a traditional sales function. Instead, it focuses on:
- Engaging clients through a consultative, problem-solving approach
- Translating organisational insights into meaningful development solutions
- Driving solution adoption while contributing to revenue growth
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in learning & development, talent development, or organisational development, and is able to apply this knowledge in a client-facing, outcome-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Needs Diagnosis
- Engage SME business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers to understand organisational challenges
- Facilitate discussions to identify people, performance, and capability gaps
- Utilise AZEO's technology-enabled diagnostic tools to assess organisational and employee readiness
- Analyse data and insights to uncover root causes and development priorities
2. Solution Design & Advisory
- Translate diagnostic findings into structured, business-relevant development solutions
- Recommend appropriate interventions including:
- Leadership and management programmes
- Skills development initiatives
- Organisational development solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to customise solutions based on client needs
- Present proposals clearly, linking solutions to business impact and outcomes
3. Driving Adoption & Commercial Outcomes
- Guide clients through the decision-making process and support solution adoption
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure long-term engagement
- Take ownership of client portfolio and solution pipeline, contributing to revenue growth
- Ensure alignment between client expectations, solution delivery, and business outcomes
4. Delivery Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with trainers, programme designers, and operations teams to ensure effective implementation
- Provide input to improve AZEO's solutions, frameworks, and client engagement approach
- Stay updated on trends in talent development, leadership, and organisational effectiveness
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience in one or more areas:
- Learning & Development
- Talent Development / Organisational Development
- Consulting or client-facing advisory roles
- Strong ability to:
- Diagnose organisational challenges
- Translate insights into actionable solutions
- Engage and influence decision-makers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, client-facing environment
