Role Description
This is an on-site internship position for a Talent Development Intern, located in Ara Damansara. The role will involve supporting learning and development initiatives, assisting in creating training materials, managing logistics for training sessions, and collaborating with team members to enhance employee engagement programs. Additional responsibilities include conducting research, analyzing data to improve existing talent development strategies, and managing administrative tasks related to training and development.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to evaluate and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse individuals and teams.
- Interest or experience in Sales-related activities is considered beneficial.
- Keen interest in learning and development, adaptive mindset, and attention to detail.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to take initiative and work effectively in an on-site team environment in Ara Damansara.
