As part of our expansion in Kuala Lumpur (APAC Talent Hub), we are seeking passionate interns to support curriculum design, content development, multimedia production and research for our regional learning programs. You will play a key role in shaping impactful learning experiences by supporting end-to-end development of TD programs from curriculum design and research, to video editing, visual communication and content localization.
This internship is ideal for students passionate about education, edtech, digital learning and creative content development.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Design & Research
- Assist in designing curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and interactive learning modules.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on digital skill gaps, edtech trends and learning practices in Asia.
- Analyze learner data, feedback, assessments and program outcomes to support continuous improvement.
- Support localization and adaptation of global content for APAC and ANZ market.
Content Development & Multimedia
- Produce high-quality learning content including videos, infographics, posters, and presentation materials.
- Edit videos using motion graphics, subtitles, animation and voiceovers.
- Maintain and strengthen the program's visual identity across learning platforms.
Program Support
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of learning initiatives and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across MY and global offices.
- Ensure timely delivery of content and documentation in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Current university student or a recent graduate (within past 12 months) from relevant major studies.
- Native-level proficiency in English (spoken & written).
- Strong interest in learning and development.
- Strong organizational, writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in additional languages (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Tamil) is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills (Any combination is welcome)
Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Experience in video editing, multimedia production or visual storytelling.
Research methods, data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, etc.).
Familiarity with LMS or e-learning platforms is a plus.
