Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Management and Development Manager located in Petaling Jaya. The Talent Management and Development Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing talent management strategies, identifying and developing key talent, conducting training programs, and overseeing performance management processes. Other responsibilities include succession planning, leadership development, and collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development
• Strong skills in Training Program Design, Implementation, and Evaluation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with department heads and senior management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in human resources management or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
